As stated during the checkout process, the customer is responsible for any applicable sales tax set by your county, state, and/or country. In addition, some couriers may require you to pay local duties on your shipment.
If your order shipment is held up in customs, your package is most likely held due to taxes by your country. To get your package released, contact your local post office/customs agency to get it released.
