NO TRACKING AT ALL


If you do NOT have a tracking, your order is most likely on its way, but for some reason, our shipping provider has not provided us with a tracking update.  If you do not get your tracking notice within 1-2 weeks please reach out to us again.


YOU HAVE TRACKING, BUT IT'S EITHER DELAYED OR NOT UPDATING


If you DO have proper tracking information and are in the US, please allow up to a week for your order to arrive.  


If you are outside of the US, many shipping couriers are experiencing international shipping delays due to issues related to clearing customs, which is out of control.  Everyone is working tirelessly to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Once your parcel clears customs and is enroute to your location, your tracking information should update.  We are currently seeing delays up to 4 weeks, so please check back if you do not hear anything.
